Delivery Policy

Aroma Products is pleased to announce joining forces with TNT UK Ltd to become their dedicated distributor supporting their one-stop online shop for all your janitorial and consumable requirements.

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY only applies to business account holders and is subject to ongoing credit account approval. For non business account holders please note there is a £30 minimum order transaction exclusive VAT to qualify for FREE NEXT DAY Delivery.   Our Snow Pusher is exempt from the £30 minimum order transaction and will be delivered free of charge on a next day facility to 90% of the UK Mainland, weather permitting.  Certain areas of Scotland, Highlands and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man are delivered on a 3.- 5 day service.certains area restrictions are in place such as northern Scotland, Highlands 

All our products are securely and safely delivered by a Company, who require no introduction.

Our commitment to our customers is second to none, we aim to deliver next day on all stock items and for all non stock items without delay within a reasonable period. Whatever your product requirement, you can rely on Aroma Products to exceed your expectations.

All our stock items are 100% refundable and we guarantee to refund you without quibble on any products you are not completely satisfied with, or in the unlikely event are faulty. In the interest of products which are personalised, we do not offer refunds unless the items are faulty. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note Aroma Products LTD will not permit any order/s to be redirected, once an attempt has been made to deliver to the nominated delivery address. All orders whereby delivery is not possible (for whatever reason), will be held for a short time to enable an alternative delivery. Any orders which fail to be collected and are returned to Aroma Products Ltd, will be subject to a minimum £15.00 admin charge. We reserve the right to enforce additional delivery charges depending on the size of the order/s and a 15% restocking fee.

Any orders which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a 15% restocking fee. By accepting our terms and conditions you are agreeing for this fee to be charged accordingly.

NB - TNT Express Ltd will not accept goods as damaged if not annotated on the respective delivery note.
